I am humbled to be named the Director of Community Impact of your United Way and am very appreciative of the kind welcome many of you have extended.  

In this new role, I hope to build upon my experience in community development and social change.  I have had the pleasure of working with activists and organizers throughout the Carolinas' in service of health, educational, environmental and economic reform and I look forward to bringing my expertise to this role.
