Understanding and Engaging the Next Generation of Donors, Volunteers and Employees:  Each generation assumes there's "one right way" - their own! Group dynamics can play a big part in the success and engagement of your board, so we will also discuss the importance of relationships between board members and management, and the impact of board composition, size and structure.
