The District's annual Budget Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 5, at 7 p.m. in the Administration Center Board Room, 3083 NE 49th Place, Hillsboro. The proposed 2016-17 budget is largely status quo from 2015-16; however, it does include a tightening up of licensed staff positions due to decreased enrollment (these will be managed through attrition), a reduction in district-level department budgets, an increase in two custodial positions, and a reallocation of funds between temporary/substitute staffing and permanent staffing.
