Dear Parents,

As the Seniors head toward the finish line of their high school experience, there are many activities to prepare for in the weeks ahead!   Please see the list below for some senior specific helpful reminders.

Senior Tailgate - May 5
Hosted by the Leadership Class, seniors wear their college t-shirts and have a tailgate BBQ -Cinco de Mayo style - lunch.  Parents are asked to donate items or $10 towards the event.  Contact Jillian Castagnetta at [email protected] with questions.

Baccalaureate Video Pictures - Past Due 
It is a St. Vincent's tradition to show a senior video at the end of the Baccalaureate dinner.  You should have already received an email if we are still  missing a picture for your student.   If you have any questions, please call Kristi Kavanaugh 763-1032, ext 112.  There is still plenty of time to order a copy of the DVD, click here to download an order form and send in a check or cash for $25 to the front office.
Prom - May 15
Prom tickets are now on sale through Wednesday, May 4th. Tickets are on sale in the art room for $70.00 per person and each student 
must complete the prom contract before they purchase a ticket.
The Jr. and Sr. prom will be held on Sunday, May 15 at Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club from 6:30 - 10:30. If you have any questions please contact Amy Waud-Reiter at [email protected].

Senior Service Presentations - May 19
Students must check in with their faculty adviser by May 13 to review their presentation. Students must be in Liturgy attire for their presentations. Parents are invited to attend. We will have a modified schedule for the day and presentations will be held from 11:45 - 12:55.

Disneyland Trip - May 20
Seniors must be at school no later than 4:30 a.m. and ready to board the bus for departure at 4:45. Students are not allowed to bring food or beverages of any kind. Snacks will be provided on the bus.  Spending money for meals and in the parks is needed.  They will return on Saturday at approximately 10:30 a.m. 

Cap & Gown and Tickets Distribution - Begins May 23
Students will be able to pick up their cap & gown in the front office beginning this day through Friday, June 3rd. Tickets for Baccalaureate and Graduation will also be available at this time but do require a parent signature.

Fresh Orchid Graduation Lei's - Orders Due May 23
All proceeds benefit the SVHS Scholarship Program, beautiful lei's appropriate for males and females.  
TO ORDER: Complete the order form  here  and return to the HS front office, Attn: Amy Baldwin, along with a check no later than MONDAY, MAY 23, 2016 at 3pm.
PRE-ORDERS ONLY-No orchid sales available on graduation day 
Cost is $25 each

Spring Sports Awards - May 24
6:00 p.m. at the high school.

Tim Shea Day - May 27
Powder Puff game between Senior and Junior girls. T-shirts will be designed by the girls and orders taken from those participating.  An all school BBQ lunch will be provided and yearbooks passed out.  Parent volunteers will be needed. Senior Sunset - May 27
Held in the evening and hosted this year by the Roberti family. Details and directions will be sent via email in the near future

Graduation Practice - May 31
Held at St. Vincent Church, 1:00 - 3:00 pm. Students transport themselves. Attendance is MANDATORY.

Commencement Video Orders - Due May 31
Turn a completed order form along with a check for $32 made out to Visual Story Media to the front office.  The professional video will be mailed to your home approximately 2 weeks after graduation.

Graduation Practice - June 2
Held at St. Vincent Church, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Students transport themselves.  Attendance is MANDATORY.

Finals, periods 2 & 1 - June 3

Baccalaureate Mass & Dinner - June 4
The Mass begins at 5:00 p.m. at St. Vincent Church.  The Mass is open to anyone to attend.  Dinner & Awards immediately follow at St. Vincent High School.  Admission is by ticket only and is strictly limited to the seniors and 2 parents/guardians.

Graduation - June 5  
Graduation Ceremony begins at 3:00 pm.  Graduates must report to the parish hall directly behind the church by 2:30 pm.  Seating in the church begins at 2:00 pm and admission is by ticket only. Guests without tickets will be allowed to enter after the graduates and stand in the back of the church for the ceremony. Ceremony lasts approximately 1 hour.

Project Graduation - June 5
All night private party for graduates held at Scandia in Rohnert Park 9:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. Even if you have already paid for the event, please visit the website by clicking here for more information and to download a contract that MUST be completed by every graduate to attend.  Contracts must be turned in by May 15, 2016.
