Welcome to our May 2016 e-Newsletter!

The average price of a detached home in Toronto sold in April was $1.257M. That's 18.9% higher than  a year ago! I recently spoke with the Toronto Star about the insane spring market and you can read that piece here. (I'm quoted way at the end...) And have you had a chance to check out my blog recently? The Huffington Post crunched the market numbers to find out what the price increase for homes and condos over the last year works out to on a daily basis. It's quite interesting! You'll find that story below, along with a link to the city's best Delis, a piece showing what $500K buys across Canada and news of the Inside Out Film Festival.

Plus, don't miss the two listings! One is a spacious two bedroom plus den at Opus near Yonge and Dundas, the other a bright open suite by the lake!

As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.
