As a young girl, Cynthia created birthday cards with her crayons, markers and pens, adding a personal message taken from the scriptures of the bible. Cynthia became known in her circle, as the "birthday card girl". If it was your birthday and you attended Northview Community Church or were a friend, it was a reason to celebrate, so you received a birthday card from Cynthia.

My name is Serena Cole and recently I have been doing lots of things to get more involved in the community.
In March I celebrated my 35th Birthday! I planned a party for which I baked a cake with the placement student, Sarah. I got all dressed up and one of my Passport workers, Michelle, helped me do my hair. I had a big lunch that day and got lots of cool presents and best of all, I got to spend my Birthday with my family and close friends.
