Up-to-date info to help in your work with crime victims with developmental disabilities

Spring Greetings!

FINALLY, mandatory reporting of crimes against ALL Coloradans with I/DDs
will be in effect as of July 1!  Does your state have mandatory reporting of allegations of MANE (mistreatment, abuse, neglect, exploitation) for all citizens, regardless of age, who have an I/DD?  If so, might you drop me a note letting me know the biggest challenge your state had in implementing that mandatory reporting, please.  We would love to learn from your experiences and shorten our learning and effective implementation curves.

Thank you in advance for your help.
