2016 Construction Executive of the Year
Annual Event Doesn't Disappoint!
  






 

 

The 2016 Construction Executive of the Year Dinner & Awards were held last Thursday night, April 30 at the Montelucia Resort.  Guests were treated to a beautiful venue and delicious dinner,  but most of all, an entertaining program and inspiring nominees and award recipients.  This year's program included roasting some long time members - everyone got a good laugh at the expense of Marj "Vodka" Weber, Tony "18 kids and counting" Hakes, and Tom "Job Hopper" Lawless - MC Dave Pratt was all too eager to deliver this portion of the script!  Debby Anderson set the bar high for future Pioneer Award introductions with her rendition of "Sweet Caroline" updated for Mike Markham, Sr.  Kelly Anderson of Jenco, Inc. was the well deserving recipient of the night's big honor of Construction Executive of the Year.  Best Under the Sun Member awards went to Associate Member Eric Pach of Minard Ames, and General Member Michelle Walker of SSC Boring. 


 

Big congratulations to the other finalists - Robert Meyers of CSW Contractors, Mark Haight of Mark's Valley Grading and Jim Zarling of Excel Mechanical.  Even bigger congratulations and thanks to Matt Meaker and Bryan Eto, this year's event co-chairs, and the entire CEoY committee on a job well done and a night to remember!
