* Faubourg Parisian Style: 85% Brazilian Arabica and 15% Indian Robusta, this roast enjoys a rich, smoky flavour approved by French connoisseurs. The coffee produces a silky and lasting crema, essential for high quality espresso and latte art.
* Faubourg Traditional Blend: a traditional Italian-style blend made from 91% Arabica and 9% Indian Robusta, featuring a robust, yet smooth, profile. This results in great espresso and wonderfully smooth filter and drip coffee, with with a milder profile than the Faubourg Parisian Style.

Featured Interview: Your Voyage a Paris
|
Alexandra Nicolas, owner and travel planner for Your Voyage A Paris gives the inside scoop on how to make the most of your Parisian experience.
|
Tell us about your childhood in Paris and experiences that influenced your career path.
AN: Paris has been part of my family history for a long time. On my father's side, we have been living in the capital for four generations. I grew up near Montparnasse on the Left bank of Paris. As a Parisian, I was always happy to help international visitors who were looking for directions or advice. This mindset influenced my life to the point that I chose tourism as a career path.
Where does the idea of Your Voyage A Paris come from?
AN: Social media and search engines offer so many options to the tourism industry that it's difficult for travellers to make smart choices. I provide clients with the true Parisian perspective, using my love and knowledge of the city to customize unique, stress-free travel experiences that exemplify Parisian life while satisfying their personal interests.
What services do you provide?
AN: My services can be summed up in three categories:
Stay: Your Voyage A Paris provides a selection of carefully vetted hotels or furnished apartments that match clients' needs and preferences.
Explore: We prepare bespoke daily itinerary with recommendations on activities, museums, temporary exhibitions, concerts and festivals, and suggestions for where to dine, shop and explore, all suited to personal tastes.
Indulge: This service offers insider's insight into specialized areas such as French culinary classes and photography lessons - perfect for visitors seeking to develop passion projects during their stay.
