It's very FUN, SIMPLE, and you get to challenge

your friends and family!

1. Take a photo of your feet in your shoes - it can be your favorite shoes, your craziest shoes, your athletic or dance shoes, whatever shoes describe YOU!

2. Post that picture on Facebook with the message:

October is National Bully Prevention Month so I challenge you to "Walk in MY Shoes!" I am taking steps to stop bullying! Please help Walk the Talk Iowa to spread bully awareness far and wide. I challenge...(tag at least 5 friends) to do the same! Take a photo of you in your shoes (your favorite, your craziest, your athletic shoes or dance shoes - whatever shoes are YOU and post it along with this message. After you have completed this please use the photo of you in your shoes as your profile picture for the next month. #walkthetalkiowa #deletebullying
