President Message:
With summer's arrival, we find ourselves in a presidential election year and all the dynamics that go along with the political process.  This is also a time of year, we at FBS focus our attention on producing, finalizing, delivering and installing a number of new projects.  In many cases, these represent the latest and most updated prototypes and design trends available.  The new Taco John's  prototype project, highlighted in this newsletter, is a great example of this.

It is certainly fulfilling when you see the results of our early involvement in the design and pre-construction phases, as we are proud that with the continuous change and evolution in our business, many things remain the same.  Such as, our hard work and customer focused approach to consistently meeting and exceeding all of our customer's expectations.

Fullerton Building Systems has enjoyed an active and busy first quarter and we believe the balance of 2016 will continue to favor this trend.  To this, we will continue our avid involvement and support of our customers' needs and provide a high level of service to help improve their overall success and meet expansion plans.

Very Best Regards,

Franchise Performance Blog;
Quick Service, indeed:  Taco John's reduces key phase of build-out to
 3 days

Joe Mathew - Franchise Performance Group

(The outer shell of the new Taco John's franchisee in Hopkinsville, KY was erected in about 3 days, including stone and exterior finishes. Taco John's partnership with Fullerton Building Systems gives franchisees the opportunity for a quicker build.)

New Building Process creates instant "wow" factor for the community, speeds up time frame for opening.  When Cathy Lewis and her husband, Cray, got ready to build their new Taco Jon's franchise in Hopkinsville, KY, they knew they were racing against the clock.  New construction, particularly in the unpredictable fall and winter months in Western Kentucky, takes time.

That's why They decided to take advantage of a new partnership between Taco John's and Fullerton that uses off-site manufacturing to pre-build panels for the building.  Rather than frame walls on-site, which can take several weeks, this process allows pre-built panels with most, if not all, of the exterior finishes factory-applied to be joined together without sacrificing anything- aesthetically or structurally- on the finished product. To finish reading the rest of the article, please click here

   T ype:         New Construction
    Project Summary : This project was completed in Bellevue WI in the Spring of 2016.  Fullerton's scope included the exterior wall panels, Ijoist Roof System, roof decking.  Exterior finishes included the Boral Profit Ledgestone in Southwest Blend, Nichiha Lap Siding - Vintage Wood - Cedar Finish, metal wall panels along with our non-union installation crew.  The general contractor provided the steel and the metal awnings for this project.  The general contractor had the steel set before FBS arrived with the panels. FBS building measurements were critical so that the panels and steel matched up correctly once the panels were set into place.    Total construction time was 14 business days. to view the entire Project Profile, please click here
