PROGRAM MANAGER, BAY AREA

Education Pioneers seeks a highly-organized, collaborative, and talented individual to manage the planning and implementation of our Graduate School Fellowship in the Western Region, specifically in Oakland, CA (Bay Area). Additionally, this person will oversee the development of strategic relationships with education organizations in Northern California. This individual will be tasked with identifying and maximizing opportunities with key organizations, meeting partner needs through existing program offerings, and exploring new service offerings that help to meet partner needs. The Program Manager will be a part of a team operating Education Pioneers Fellowships across California and will engage with Education Pioneers team members across the country, as well as Fellowship candidates, current Fellows, Alumni and Partner organizations. This is a full-time, exempt position, which reports to the Senior Manager, Bay Area who is based in Oakland.

Education Pioneers seeks a Senior Manager, Fellowship Recruitment to lead and to manage the execution of our recruiting strategy to identify and attract a racially and socioeconomically diverse cadre of leaders into our expanding Fellowship programs nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee a large-scale process during a period of significant growth. Reporting to the Director of Recruiting and Admissions Strategy, the Senior Manager will manage a four-person team and will interact with regional staff to provide updates and gather input on our recruiting and conversion efforts.
