Iraqi dinar revaluation is one of the most discussed topics in and outside the Iraq. People want to know the revaluation of Iraqi dinar when it is going to happen in the market so that they may mature and convert their investments and get rich overnight.

As far as my opinion is concern, it is overnight because some people are waiting for Revaluation of Iraqi Dinar for numbers of years. The other day I was looking over old photos I have on my phone, and came across one I titled "Million Dollar Baby." This was a good memory of a class project I had while working on my Masters in Marketing at the Simon School of Business.

We named the presentation after one of the most helpful databases we used for data analysis. While reminiscing about this team and project, I got to thinking about business school mindsets and how the goal of many MBA students is to get a high paying job (often in NYC) and earn a million dollars by the age of 30.

Some classmates had explicitly told me this was their goal, but it definitely wasn't one of mine. And then I wondered... Do I need a million dollars?

Just as my parents, grandparents and great-grandparents learned vital lessons through economic adversity, what we learn in our present circumstances, can bless us and our posterity for generations to come.

I know of a great man, who grew up during the Great Depression and as a boy learned how to serve others. Often his mother asked him to deliver food to needy neighbors, and she would give homeless men odd jobs in exchange for home-cooked meals.

Brule: I have not seen anything from Tlar here or anywhere else. When Tlar knows something definitively, I would think he would report it, but not until then.

Pagerdr: I'm sure he will chime in somewhere... This thing is not in his control, I hope everyone understands that. I like Tlar and I feel he's a good enough guy. When he has something to add, I'm sure he will be more than willing.

I'm not discouraged by today's events. Truth be told, I'm not sure how I could have expected anything else. M can't stay forever, I just wish HE knew that

Arthur: I think I've figured out what is going on in Iraq. It's a numbers thing. So the National Alliance has 180 of the 328 seats giving them the right to name the PM.

The problem is those 180 seats include the 90 to 110 from the SOL as part of the National Alliance since technically they got the most seats of any one party within the National Alliance.

So as long as the SOL keeps Maliki as their sole nominee and they have the most votes of all the other blocs that make up the National alliance, and Sadr has his guy with only a few seats, Hakim has his guy with only a few seats, Allawi has his guy with only a few seats etc....then that gives a good chance for Maliki to win which is what Frank is looking at.

tlar at June 30, 2014 at 6:02 PM: My opinion on an announcement is it will be announced in the Iraqi news but almost no mention in the US. Don't look for balloons or a parade here. It will be kept as quite as possible because our government wants it that way. You may or may not even spread the word yourself. Dinarians will know immediately and that may also be why the banks are setting up to buy billions by the push of a button in advance. Huge profits and no lines. Anyway we also would be best not to brag or make yourself visable unless you intend to loan alot of money to people you don't even know. Having alot of money has its own problems. tlar

Hi Everyone,

I come to you today to give you a very brief update on the progress of rebuilding this new Iraq government and how it all relates to our revaluation process of the IQD.

Today's News

There is much news coming out of Iraq but much of it today is not so good news since the building of the government seems to have been stalled again. This is what has happened in the recent days.

As you may know the hold up in getting the first session of parliament scheduled has been getting the list of candidates for prime minister to submit to parliament for a vote.

What is the problem?
