TSPN cordially invites you to "Preventing Depression and Suicide in Older Adults", a free suicide prevention presentation. Two sessions of this presentation are being offered on Wednesday, July 23--one that morning in Erin and the other that afternoon in Clarksville. (Guests only need to attend one of the sessions as the same material will be presented during both.)

The programs will feature an educational session on suicide risk within this population and a presentation of the evidence-based "Question, Persuade, and Refer" (QPR) suicide prevention curriculum. These events are sponsored and organized by Behavioral Healthcare Center-Clarksville, Signature Healthcare, and TSPN's Montgomery-Houston-Humphreys-Stewart County Suicide Prevention Task Force.

The Erin event will take place from 9:00 - 11:30 AM at Shamrocks and Shenanigans Event Center, located at 20 Court Square. Registration is available at https://july23erin.eventbrite.com. Space is limited to the first 60 registrants.

The Clarksville event will take place from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at the Montgomery County Health Department, located at 330 Pageant Lane. Registration is available at https://july23clarksville.eventbrite.com. Space is limited to the first 70 registrants.

We would appreciate you spreading the word to anyone who works with older adults as well as circulating the event flyers for both the Clarksville and Erin events. We look forward to seeing you at either one later this month.
