Security and Emergency Program
Training Workshop: Introduction to Basic First Aid

The safety of our customers, internal and external collaborators, and the rest of the community is a key component. On June 5th and 6th, our staff at OCOTEA TOURS & TRANSFERS received a Training Workshop 'Introduction to Basic First Aid', given by the Assistant Committee of the Monteverde Red Cross. Our staff had the opportunity to have first hand information on Basic First Aid: perform primary care, immobilization, and provide care for different types of injuries and accidents that can occur on our daily work.

Facilities: Emergency Plan

OCOTEA TOURS & TRANSFERS formalized its Emargency Plan, through which we were able to identify dangerous condition that could threaten the physical and social integrity of our employees, customers and visitors. This action allowed us to establish the procedures on how to deal with each of these emergencies, and to ensure the presence of the proper equipment in our facilities and fleet. We finished with an evacuation drill, in order to implement and practice these important guidelines.
