The Story of Jon & Carter
|
|
Carter's grandmother, Ruth, gained custody of him when he was two years old. His mother was deemed unfit to parent because of drugs and he has never met his father. Carter lacked a consistent male figure in his life until he was matched with Jon through Big Brothers Big Sisters four years ago. Since then, he has enjoyed many first experiences with his Big Brother including first hike, first fishing trip, and many more.
