   Online For Life

We are blessed to partner with Online for Life, a Texas-based pro-life ministry that works hard to connect abortion-minded women to pregnancy centers throughout the country through very effective internet outreach.  One Hispanic woman who connected with AWC through Online for Life first visited our pregnancy center in early April, brought by her boyfriend.  While she was abortion-minded, her boyfriend was not.  They hadn't known each other very long.  She was panicked, felt alone with the burden, could not afford a baby, and thought she had no other option but abortion. Our bilingual staff member, Suzanne, counseled with them, helped her with insurance information, and by the end of their first appointment, they were reconsidering abortion--and leaning toward life for their baby.  Two weeks later they came back for a second ultrasound and told us they were choosing life.  She's a little nervous but this new dad is very excited and committed to raising his baby in a loving home (he was raised in foster care and wants more for his son).  Praise God for bringing all of the pieces together for life!

Prayer and Praise

Praise The Lord: 
- A saved baby was born with much joy and anticipation Sunday April 11th!
- We had many saved babies this month! 
- Several women came out of EMW this month looking for comfort and care at AWC. 
- God is providing for our clients. 
- For a wonderful follow-up meeting with the post abortive group--every one of them is flourishing and doing so well. 
- Another semester went great for the campus outreach! We are hosting events on all three campuses this year. 
- Staff and family members' health is improving.  
- He has provided a new front desk secretary for Necole's Place. 
- For timely training to help our clients in crisis.
- He is providing various job resources to share with clients.
- For healthy births and clients returning!
- We have seen so many answered prayers!!!

Please Prayer for:
- New staff members and staff training and retreat in May & June. 
- Continual financial provision for the new building and operational costs.
- The Lord's wisdom and insight on best plans for the new building.
- Consistently functional phone lines and internet at AWC & NP.
- A successful baby bottle campaign and for more churches involved in this ministry.
- Mothers that are losing their jobs due to unreliable childcare. 
- Clients that struggle with addiction. 
- Our client who lost her father to a gun shooting. 
- Available community counseling for our clients.
- Clients that live in fear due to constant threats and foul language from their peers and family members. 
- Clients that are facing domestic violence and for wisdom as CPS intervenes. 
- Our clients will seek to be wise with their finances. 
- NP staff as they shepherd and care for these woman and their children.
