TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF
You have a rewarding, but intense and demanding, job. Taking time to care for yourself helps you stay happy and healthy.
Caring for a child with special needs has so many rewards, but there may be times when it feels stressful. Connecting with others and learning more about the special need helps to lessen the everyday stresses. Child Care Aware® staff may be able to connect you with resources or answer your questions about caring for children with special needs.
