Criteria for Nomination*:
- Current active and contributing member of the BCBA.
- Exhibition of the highest degree of professionalism in accordance with BCBA Standards of Professional Conduct and the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Demonstrates respect for the law and preservation of decorum and integrity of the legal system.
- Conduct which has enhanced the image of the legal profession either through practice or programs and activities that educate the public about the law or the American legal system.
- Professionalism Committee members may not be nominated.

The Foxy....
An award developed by the Women Leaders in Law Committee to recognize men in the practice of law who have mentored and sponsored women lawyers and who have helped them grow to become leaders in the legal profession. The "Foxy" is named after James Fox Miller to honor his legacy and contributions in helping women rise in leadership positions at the Florida Bar and locally.
