TSPN's East Tennessee, Northeast, and Southeast Regions invite you to participate in "Push-Ups for Life", a social media awareness project regarding veteran suicide. Specifically, members are trying to draw attention to the 22 veterans that die by suicide every day and those others struggling with thoughts of suicide.
 
Participation is both fun and simple:
1. Have someone take a video of you doing 22 push-ups.
2. Upload it to the social media if your choice.
3. Tag your friends on social media and challenge them to 22 push-ups.
4. Include one or more of the campaign hashtags (#TSPN, #22for22, #PushForLife).
