Tania Fragomeno

Tania Fragomeno has been promoted to Director of the firm's Environmental practice. She has been with K&A for more than 11 years during which time she has managed an impressive array of environmental projects. She specializes in community outreach and communications for projects involving environmental cleanup, health risks and regulatory compliance, such as the National Environmental Policy Act and the California Environmental Quality Act.
Greg Parks

As Director, Greg will lead the newly defined Transportation and Infrastructure practice area. Greg has been with K&A for more than nine years during which he has excelled in managing related projects including the Mid-Coast Trolley Project, California High Speed Rail, Orange County Transportation Authority Rail Safety Program and the SANDAG/MTS Trolley Renewal Project.
Emily Powell

Emily Powell has been promoted to Director. She has been with Katz & Associates for almost 11 years. Since 2010, Emily has served as an on-site communication manager with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). Her involvement includes working on communication and public outreach for large water infrastructure improvement projects as part of the SFPUC's $4.8 billion Water System Improvement Program (WSIP). Emily is the Chair of Communications and Customer Service Committee for the CA-NV Section of the American Water Works Association (AWWA).
Samantha Valencia

Samantha Valencia has been promoted to the position of Senior Account Executive. She has been with K&A almost six years, most recently supporting the Transportation and Infrastructure practice area. Our clients have come to depend on her counsel, leadership and excellent work products. Samantha was honored as winner of WTS San Diego Chapter's 2015 Paulette Duve Memorial Scholarship, honoring scholastic achievement for graduate students who have an interest in pursuing careers in transportation, in support of her master's degree at San Diego State University.
Sarah Rossetto

Sarah has been promoted to Account Supervisor. Throughout her seven years with K&A, Sarah has supported a variety of projects - from military NEPA work, to transportation, to construction relations, and most currently, our water practice. Sarah has assumed a strong leadership role for the Recharge Fresno infrastructure improvement work - where construction of multiple major projects is now underway and Sarah is viewed as an invaluable resource.
Megan Drummy

Megan will be returning to the San Diego office as an Account Executive I after working on-site at the City of San Diego's Pure Water program. During her tenure, Megan played a pivotal role in implementing various initiatives for Pure Water San Diego. In her new role she will continue to use her experience to work on assignments for Pure Water San Diego, as well as broaden her horizons with new opportunities for the Water practice.
Tiffany Ngo

Tiffany was recently hired as an Account Coordinator after completing her internship at K&A. She will join the Pure Water San Diego team as an On-Site Coordinator. In this new role, she will develop materials, guide tours of the Pure Water Facility and conduct community outreach efforts.

Elizabeth Cox

Elizabeth joins our Bay Area team as a On-site Senior Specialist, with a wealth of relevant policy experience. Prior to joining K&A, she worked as an assistant research specialist at the University of California, San Francisco Center for Tobacco Control Research. Elizabeth will apply her background in policy and outreach to projects with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. 
David Hopkins

Our new Marketing Director, David, recently relocated to San Diego from Seattle. He has worked in professional services marketing for more than nine years, and also has a background in the nonprofit sector. David will be responsible for promoting the amazing people and projects of the firm, as well as managing business development initiatives.
Jaquelyn Hyde

Jaquelyn joins the San Diego office as an Executive Assistant. She recently moved to San Diego from Florida and impressed our team with both her extensive administrative experience and outgoing personality. Jaquelyn will wear many hats and provide valuable administrative support to the entire firm. 
Maxence Veron

Maxence joins K&A as an Account Coordinator. He is a recent SDSU graduate, and completed internships with the Port of San Diego and San Diego's Councilmember Scott Sherman.  Maxence will support several projects within the Transportation and Water practice areas.
Emily Wolfsohn

Emily is K&A's newest Intern and a recent graduate of UCSD, where she majored in Sociology and minored in Communications. Prior to joining our team, Emily completed multiple research and communication internships, both in San Diego and abroad. She speaks fluent Spanish. We look forward to applying her experience towards project support in all practice areas.
