2016 Link Summer STEM Exploration
For students in grades 6 - 12
 
It is late-April already! In about eight weeks, area school children will trade their books and homework for bikes and hammocks! However, experts say that students not engaged in learning over the summer lose skills in math and reading - one month's worth on average! Kopernik's Link Summer STEM Exploration Camps can help prevent this summer learning loss. These camps feature hands-on, high-tech adventures in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) in a fun and nurturing environment.

Creative Construction (Engineering, grades 6-8, July 25-29) Learn how to design and build a variety of things, including model buildings, weight-bearing structures, and powered vehicles.  Creative Construction Course Outline

Journey to the Edge of Space  (STEM, grades 8-12, August 1-5) Help plan the launch of a high altitude weather balloon and its payload, gathering experimental data about the atmosphere during the voyage.  Edge of Space Course Outline
