The head of the National Alliance, the Alliance is the largest parliamentary bloc in the House, he was announced in the media and in the presence of all the coalition parties including the State of law coalition.

Ibrahim Al-Jaafari said in a press statement that "the National Alliance is the largest parliamentary bloc, and not the State of law Coalition," and. Adding that he "is not named the largest parliamentary bloc during the first meeting of the Parliament", adding that "but we stood in front of the media, read a statement to that effect in the presence of all the symbols of the National Alliance, including the State of law."

Tlar: I am posting this because of the importance of this. I am sorry if it is already posted here somewhere, but it is the crowning document being as al-Jaafrari is not just the head of the National Aliance but he is also part of the SOL. (State of Law)

BlueyesinLevis: My friend who got me in.. has a lot of his IQD deposited, counted, verified by De La Rue machine.. and is waiting for the dang RV for his pre registered and verified account to be funded.

-I think it is a big gamble to do that.. but he did it. As a small timer.... I was not invited to join the group.

I dont know the ins and outs of it.. but I will verify that something is going on.. has been going on with the large groups for some time. I have mentioned this before here.... but I prefer not to make it a big deal.. I am not part of it and I dont know much beyond what I just said.

-Much of it is simply dismissed as "Guru Nonsense".. but whatever is happening... something is happening... my bud gets daily updates.... hints and clues... etc. He wont tell me much.. because that is part of the deal. Personally.. I think he went from thinking it would be an early exchange.. to realizing that it is still contingent on the CBI lifting the rate first... and then they will be the FIRST to exchange. That is about how I look at it.

-Like I said.. I dont know what the heck is going on.. I am just waiting patiently for the CBI to pull the trigger. I am not focused on either a date or a rate.

-It may be an oxymoron.. but Folks.. we are closer than ever before! lol :)

The issues are secrecy, discretion, and there are other eyes who read these newsletters who attempt to thwart the process.

We are watching the final pieces of all of this giant jigsaw puzzle get put together and the holes are being filled, the cards are being punched, the chips are being gathered up and the folks who are needing to be caged are being handled as well.

I am here to tell you that the bugs have been worked out and the shit is getting straightened out...Everyone should be very pleased at what has been accomplished. It does mean that you should start seeing results and do appreciate all that has had to happen for it all to roll through the golden gates...P...

So how much longer must we wait?

Well it looks like we might get the announcement we have been waiting for next week as I can not see them dragging this on longer. All signs are showing this new alliance is forming very quickly.

The next session date announced by Al- Jabouri last week simply stated the adjournment of parliament is until August 5th. He did not mention that they would wait for the voting on the new prime minister till this session. This is important. Remember to there many bills over the last 4 years pending completion and final acceptance. Some already voted on and just need to be ratified to become law. The GOI has been holding them up. It is like Jubouri wants now to play catch up and get all this legislation enacted. He almost has to since much of it is dependent on the new budget and thus they can't open the new budget either unless they can go forward with these laws.

This is why we have been reading so many articles about Jubouri meeting with Maliki to learn and understand the issues involved in the holdup. I got to tell you it is like 4 years have passed and nothing substantial has come out of that government. It time to play catch up and make up lost time to move forward.

Hi Everyone,

I come to you today to give you a recent update on the election process and how this relates towards the international rollout of the IQD for Iraq. The news was so overwhelming and just pouring out of Iraq.

This is a time of great anticipation and expectation not only for our ability to finally exchange our IQD but also for the people of Iraq. They too have been waiting but a lot longer than we have. Don't forget they had more than 20 years with Saddam and then that last 10 years of war. occupation and Maliki. When is it all going to settle down for these people? When will they finally see some resemblance of peace and prosperity?

Could the Islamic Eid Al-Fitr holy day be the beginning of the end?

If you have not read my previous news letter from Friday 7/25 (LINK), I encourage you to first read it. Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process.

Tlar Comment - as I said yesterday the definition of what constitutes the largest block was at issue. It was important to make sure to the coalition that they define that as something other than the SOL.

Jubouri yesterday defined the largest block as the National Alliance effectively removing the power the SOL was trying to obtain through the courts by having them rule the SOL was the biggest block.

The National Alliance (Shia Party) consists primarily of two opposing groups, the coalition 83 MP'S and the SOL 95 MP'S. (State of Law)

The coalition wants Chalabi or Mahdi which are both acceptable to all Iraqi's and are non sectarian. The SOL leadership wants Maliki and has shown no interest in negotiating.

BANK TIERS:

Banks are classified very generally by two different criteria: 1) amount of money managed (or deposited), and 2) services offered. There are "tiers" for each of these, which creates a good deal of confusion to call both "tiers." But there you have it.

It so happens that these two criteria often track one another. For example, banks that provide "services" like foreign exchange and wealth management typically are large enough to support such activities so they have larger depositories as well. So it is a sort of 2-fer deal sometimes.
