We are all working toward something, whether it is a better job, a closer relationship with our family, or discovering our life's purpose and the lessons we need to learn. If you are like me, the change in the seasons prompts me to ask, "Where am I in my grand plan? Have I veered off course? Have I hit the wall? The Baptistas are huge NASCAR fans, and this time of year is crucial to all drivers and racing teams. It marks the time where strategies are reevaluated, changed and reconstructed in the hopes that at the end of the season, their driver is called a Champion.

Our lives are no different. Quite often plans need to change. It doesn't mean we are doing anything wrong. It means we are moving and flowing with our life and making adjustments to accommodate the different terrain.

What I love about my life now is I can ask my "pit crew" -- those incredible guides and angels who can see the bigger picture for me -- to help me stay on track and remove any obstacles on my path to success.
