Shine the Light! October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month - What can you do?

Join ASAP - Alliance for Sexual Assault Prevention - a student group focused on preventing interpersonal violence. We meet every other Wednesday at KCC 104, SCA at 1:30PM. Our next meeting is 10/1. ALL students welcome. Join us in the events below as well!

March! Take Back the Night Rally and March at Troy YWCA on Thursday Oct 16 at 5pm. Meet in front of Kellas Fish Bowl at RSC at 4:45pm and we will walk together.

Run or Walk! - 1st Annual Albany Police Department 5k Run/Walk for Domestic Violence Awareness on Sat Oct 26 at 11am. Meet in front of SCA admin building at 10am where a shuttle will provide transport. Sign up at www.zippyreg.com or pick up a registration form at either fitness center or Wellness Center. Student cost is $15.

The Student Government bodies of Russell Sage College and the Sage College of Albany have decided to continue the tradition started by President Scrimshaw and invite the Sage community to celebrate the opening of the 2014-2015 Academic Year on the Captain J.P.!

Women's Volleyball head coach Sandy Augstein-Collins earned her 300th career victory on September 12 with a 3-1 win over Bridgewater State.

Senior volleyball player Rachel Martin earned Tournament MVP honors at the Best Western Ground Round Cardinal Classic hosted by Plattsburgh State on 9/12-13. The Gators swept the competition with a 3-0 weekend. Senior Helen Putriment earned her second All-Tournament honors of the season.
