Featured Establishment-Chet's Italian Ice

It's hot out and we can't think of anything better than Chet's Italian Ice to beat the heat.   On a recent visit to the Billings Forge Farmers' Market we were lucky to try Chet's Italian Ice for the first time.   As soon as this sensational ice hit our taste buds, we knew we had let our followers know about Chet and his amazing creations!  Chet's Italian Ice incorporates CT grown ingredients as much as possible and we are happy that his delicious product helps support CT farmers!

Why is it important to you to incorporate CT grown products into your Italian Ices? What farms do regularly source from?

Using local business's and farms is important. Customers today want to know were there food comes from.  Connecticut has an abundant amount a fresh food.  Sourcing locally fresh ingredients taste better and promotes area commerce. We connect with Urban Oaks farm in New Britain, Roses Berry Farm in Glastonbury and the Hartford Food System.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about Chet's Italian Ices?
We serve the very best Italian Ices. We use the highest quality ingredients available. We come up with some unique and unusual flavors like our award winning lemon basil, strawberry, mango mojito, coconut lemongrass and black raspberry. With over 20 years of food service experience I promise to satisfy your taste buds.
