Wylie Park
July 4
Bring the entire family to Wylie Park on the 4th of July for a fun-filled day! Take part in the many activities at the park throughout the day. The Storybook Land Theatre performs in the Castle at 5 p.m. and the Aqua Addicts Ski team will have a show at 7 p.m. Right after the show there will be a duck derby and the Aberdeen Municipal Band will perform at 8:30 p.m. The fireworks display will take place at dusk.

Melgaard Park
July 10
Singer/Song Write Phil Baker will be a special guest with the Aberdeen Municipal Band for a concert sure to delight those of all ages, but especially geared for a younger audience. There will be free pizza and pop for kids starting at 5:30pm

July 12
This event is a free, fun filled carnival-like event like none other in the state! During the event, kids of all ages enjoy fun games, costumed characters, and the opportunity to interact with Dr. Opp and his team outside of the office. Thousands of kids from the community and throughout the region attend this free event each year. Proceeds benefit Make-A-Wish� South Dakota.

The 2014 All Star Games include the boys football, boys and girls basketball, and the girls volleyball games. The players around the state of South Dakota are recent high school graduates.

July 25-27
Support the 2014 Aberdeen Aqua Addicts Water Ski Club by attending the three day tournament! This tournament will feature the best water skiers and teams from throughout the Midwest.
