As in previous years, AAAR will award a limited number
of Student Travel Grants valued at $500 to students who plan to attend the Annual Conference and submit an application. Awardees will be selected based on various criteria.
AAAR will begin to accept Student Travel Grant applications in early August. More information will follow.

With registration for the 33rd AAAR Annual Conference in Orlando opening in late April, below are some changes AAAR has instituted to benefit conference attendees:
Rosen Dollars
Attendees will receive certificates, also known as Rosen Dollars, which are worth $10 (ten dollars) for each day of their stay to use within the hotel.
Rosen Dollars can be used within the hotel for the following:
- Offset your Hotel Room*
- Dine-in at hotel restaurants
- Spa services
- Hotel shopping
- Golf
*To offset the cost of your hotel room, upon check-in you will receive certificates for each day of your stay (One certificate per day per room). These certificates can offset the cost of your sleeping rooms, thus making the final cost $175 per night plus applicable taxes.
Attendees will have free WiFi access in the exhibit hall throughout the conference.
Complimentary Shuttle Service
Complimentary busing to Pointe Orlando will be offered to all attendees after the AAAR annual business meeting on Wednesday, October 22. Pointe Orlando offers dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
