New Publication: Robot-Assisted Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE)

studypublished in the JVIR, found the use of the Magellan Robotic System in UAE procedures is feasible. Researchers reviewed the results of five patients treated with robot-assisted UAE at St. Mary's Hospital, Imperial College London. Lead Investigator Dr. Mohammad Hamady and colleagues reported successful robotic bilateral internal iliac artery cannulation in all cases. All cases were completed without adverse events or complications. All patients reported significant improvement in symptoms and quality-of-life at six-month follow-up.
