William Cherniak, MD is a Family Medicine Resident with specialization in Emergency Medicine.  He is currently the Executive Director of a medical and dental not for profit, Bridge Health, formerly "TO the WORLD" and is published in Academic Medicine, a Journal of the American Association of Medical Colleges for research into international medical electives

 

Subarna Mukherjee, MSN is Last Mile Health's Frontline Health Systems Director. Prior to joining Last Mile Health in 2013 she was a surgical oncology nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital.  Her global health experience includes: working to improve nutrition and physical activity policy for Georgia public health, a Peace Corps tour in Honduras, and providing palliative care in India as a William J. Clinton Fellow. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Georgia, a Master of Science in Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Leader from Medical College of Georgia, and anticipates her Master of Public Health in Global Health from University of Maryland this summer. She is passionate about community health workers and enhancing access to healthcare for marginalized

Lawrence Loh, MD, MPH is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario's medical school and completed his residency in preventive medicine and family medicine at the University of Toronto and Johns Hopkins. He is co-founder and Director of Operations at The 53rd Week, a non-profit that aims to reduce harm and optimize outcomes of short-term volunteer experiences. He also serves as a Medical Health Officer at Fraser Health Authority.
