Arrival: We ask for you to please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to ensure your full time. If you happen to be running late, please call to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, the full amount will be charged.

Late Arrival Policy: As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged according to the cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advance notification of your late arrival.

Cancellations: To cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of $45.

Gift Cards: Gift cards can only be used in the studio where the gift cards was purchased. Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value and do not include gratuity unless stated on the gift card. However, gift cards are transferable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Payment: We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We must have a valid credit card on file to reserve your appointment. There is a returned check fee of $25.00.
