[millionday] More than 20 years have passed since Iraq's occupation of Kuwait while the fate of hundreds of Kuwaitis and other nationals remains unknown.
Abducted by Iraqi forces, who invaded the country on August 2, 1990, efforts by Kuwait and the international community have failed to establish the whereabouts of these missing persons. Out of around 600 people only 236 remains have, thus far, been found and identified. The families of those still missing yearn to lay their loved ones to rest.

The news was so overwhelming and just pouring out of Iraq. This is a time of great anticipation and expectation not only for our ability to finally exchange our IQD but also for the people of Iraq. They too have been waiting but a lot longer than we have. Don't forget they had more than 20 years with Saddam and then that last 10 years of war. occupation and Maliki. When is it all going to settle down for these people? When will they finally see some resemblance of peace and prosperity? If you have not read my previous news letter from Friday 7/28, I encourage you to first read it. Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process.

Jonathan Simmons: Thanks for your response but I'm still not getting an answer to my specific question. If you or anyone knows please Are there assurances given to the NA that Badr's (or any other) bloc can pull a switcheroo and vote for the SOL once the voting commences.
Is it possible that this could be part of a ruse to think the NA now has the numbers and lead them into thinking the NA's candidate will win when in reality they vote for Maliki?
Just because they vote for NA in the bloc voting doesn't mean they have to come the actual vote in Parliament. Is there something Badr would have had to sign to lock his support in place?

Buttercup: Tlar, thank you so much. I haven't heard anything lately about those committees set up to revisit the budget and pull out all the Maliki b.s. -- do you know anything about that, Tlar? Hopefully, the budget is done now with all necessary revisions and only needs a vote. Thanks again.
DreamWeaver: Tlar, once again. Great post that is appreciated. Respectfully, I don't agree with you on two points.
#1 - August 8th is way too optimistic in my opinion IF I were going to specify a date. Love ya Tlar, :) but IMO there will be no "settled political situation" until new PM and his ministers and cabinet are voted in by Parliament--and I just don't see that being finished by August 8th.
#2 - IMO there is no "settled political situation" with ISIS running amock. Yes, I believe the Sunnis will resolve it relatively quickly after Mal is gone, BUT that will still take some time.

Tlar Comment: - Ramadan is almost over and we are in a holding pattern until Thursday as the Iraqi's celebrate the great feast, Eid al Fitr.
This is a 3 day holiday holds the same importance to Muslims as Christmas is to Christians. The NA has been determined to be the biggest block and that argument is over.
In 2010 both the heads of the SOL and Maliki had signed a document to that effect even though they have now called it a forged document.
The end run Maliki tried to do by getting what was his puppet court to say the SOL is now the biggest block, has failed as the courts refused to hear the case telling Maliki they ruled on it in 2010 and that ruling stands.

[Papajack] Good morning, it doesn't take much discernment to see America is broken, and I don't want to see any of you get taken after we get an RV. There are many opinions floating around in Dinarland so I want to give you my opinion with the hope it helps.
[Papajack] Many are giving advice about taxes and hiring lawyers and money managers but they don't understand the new vs the old. I have the opinion we are going into a whole new system, if not then the bad guys will still control things and will steal your blessing in short order. So lets assume we will be exchanging into the NEW SYSTEM.
[Papajack] First taxes, you were issued a birth certificate in all capital letters making you a corporation and you the trustee and issued a SSN so the Cabal can extort money from you. They then sold your birth certificate as a bond effectively selling you into endentured servitude. Then they force you to pay taxes which go to England and the Vatican not to run the country.
The NEW SYSTEM does away with this. There has never been a tax on a currency revaluation in history. So if the NEW SYSTEM is in effect who are you going to pay a tax to? The IRS is an agent of the FEDERAL RESERVE and under a NEW SYSTEM they go away.

Well this article is full of "mights" and other little innuendos that could bring about false promises and intents.....will Maliki step aside.....my answer to that is simply a NO.....IMO he will go digging and scratching, and screaming from the tops of his lungs....if he is able to scream.....but he will not just simply step down, not on his own accord anyway. Like the lion on the hunt that has once tasted the blood.....Maliki has tasted the "power" and likes what it brings to him.....be wary of this man, all costs be very wary of him.
