Shippensburg University Raider Girls Cross Country Camp
The SU Cross Country Camp is designed to educate athletes in the various aspects of distance running which we feel are important in achieving improvement and success. Each athlete will learn about running form & efficiency, mental toughness, flexibility, weight training specifically for distance runners, cross training & racing techniques.
