Sunday

What's mine is mine and what's yours is mine.  Or maybe not so much.  Jesus gives us something to think about when it comes to our fair share, justice, and generosity.  Are we big enough to listen?

HOPE for the community

Where can you reach 3000 local kids at one time, make them happy, and tell them (and their parents) about Saint Elizabeth?  BOO-DA  Halloween!

John Sharkey is the honcho for our booth this year and we hope to reach a LOT of our neighbors with a hint of the Good News - in the form of love and pretzels.  Contact John to get on board.

FAITH and growth

Baptism:  The next date is All Saints Sunday, November 2.

Rites of Renewal.  On the near horizon - our annual visit from the Bishop will be on November 23, and on that day he will confirm and receive new members and hear professions of faith in the Reaffirmation of Baptism.

Let Pastor Jennifer know now if you are thinking about these steps, so that we can discuss your questions and plan the preparation.

Faith at Home:   Ever feel like you've been unfairly penalized at least 15 yards? The Bible can show us ways to respond.
