We are half way through the year and it has been a rollercoaster but the ride is good and getting greater. This year we celebrate 5 years at The BOSS Network and I could not be more proud of what we have accomplished. Over 2,000 members and 50,000 subscribers have access to our website, services and more. We have received accolades from some of the top publications like Forbes, Black Enterprise, JET, Essence, Market Watch and more. This is just the beginning and the next 5 years are shaping up to solidify The BOSS Network as the #1 network for women of color professionals.

I had the pleasure of representing BOSS in the Techstars "Risingstars" program during Essence Festival and to say I learned a lot is an understatement. Knowing how to "PITCH" your business is so important to the growth of your brand, for future customers and funding.
