Join the 2014 Chamber Challenge!

 

What is it?

Join the Chamber's Health Care Council in its fourth annual six-week weight loss competition, open to all Chamber members.  Get your teams geared up!  The first 150 registrants receive a gift bag.
  
How to enter:

Fill out the Registration form and email or fax it to Taylor - [email protected].  You may also register online at gnhcc.com.

Registration is $10 per person.  

  1. Form or join a 5 person team.
  2. Teams can be from the same business, or a mix of businesses.
  3. Choose a team leader that will tally the total weight loss percentage for your team.
Already at a healthy weight?
You can still participate!  Help your team earn extra points by exercising and eating fruits and vegetables.  Your weight will not be calculated into the final percentage.

 

After registering, you will receive a Welcome Email with more information!

 

 

*Prize money is based on a team of 5 people.  Teams with less than 5 people will receive $100 per person for first place, $50 per person for second place.
