Silhouette Titles Workshop
Creating your own titles is one of the most popular reasons that our customers purchase the Silhouette machine.  Carolyn is going to share some of the tips and techniques that we use in the store to create our titles......from the simple to the more advanced designs.

In this workshop, you will have creative freedom to design titles that you can use on your own pages but Carolyn will guide you through the steps and turn you into a designing pro. 

You will create 3 different styles of titles:
  1. Simple 1-Layer Title
  2. Title cut from your background
  3. Multi-Layer/Image Title
Students should bring:
  • Silhouette machine (Cameo, Portrait, SD or original) and laptop with the latest version of software installed

Silhouette Beginner Workshop
Join us and learn the basic functions as well as some really cool tips and tricks.

It is ideal if you can have the Silhouette software installed on a laptop to bring to the class.  This gives you as much hands on experience as possible. We understand that this is not possible for everyone but you can still attend the class. We do have a couple of computers that we can loan out for the class, or we can pair you up with someone and you can follow along.  Everyone will receive a package with cheat notes to take home for quick reference.   

Even if you don't own a Silhouette, but you are thinking about purchasing one, this is a great opportunity to find out what this great tool is all about. 
 
Before the workshop, be sure to have the latest version of the Silhouette Studio Software installed!  You do not need to bring your Silhouette machine to this workshop.  Most of the focus will be on the software.  We will demonstrate how to install and adjust your blade, line up your cutting mat, plus lots of other tips and tricks too!!

Heidi Swapp Mini Minc Demo Workshop
The Minc machine is a heated system for foil application. You can choose from a number of items from Heidi to embellish or create your own design to apply foil to by simply printing from a toner based printer, such as a laser printer.  

  Join Carolyn for a packed hour of demonstrations showing you all the awesome things you can do using this amazing Mini Minc machine.  She will show you lots of the products available to use with this machine as well as many different 'do-it-yourself' ways to create some very cool projects.  

You will also get the opportunity to create a little project of your own.

Silhouette Layout Workshop
It is time to get creative using you Silhouette!!!  Carolyn has designed an awesome single-page layout incorporating all sorts of different files and functions using the Silhouette.  

During this workshop you will use your Silhouette to create your background, your embellishments and even do your journaling!!

You will need to bring your Silhouette (and all its components), your laptop and your basic scrapbooking supplies (trimmer/adhesives, etc)!  You will also need to bring a Silhouette Sketch Pen for your journaling.  Carolyn will supply all the materials required for your layout plus all the guidance, tips and tricks you will need to complete your project.

Crazy Birds Card Workshop
From birthday to baby, bow ties to ballooons, boxes to books and everything else in between, the new bird crazy stamps are showing up everywhere!  these fun and whimsical birds are one of the most popular stamp sets we have ever carried, and when you see the various creative personalities they seem to have it's easy to see why.  

Join Carolyn for a 'crazy' workshop using these feathered friends.  You will create a variety of cards using the bird stamps/dies and matching sentiment stamps. They are sure to bring a smile to your face while you are creating them......and also to those that you give them too.
