Bordeaux is a style of wine that originated in Bordeaux France.  It defines a wine that is blended with specific grape varieties grown in specific appelations as dictated by French Wine Law. However, this style of blending wine has now travelled around the world and it is possible to discover fantastic Bordeaux Blends from California, Canada, Australia, Chile and South Africa, and of course, Bordeaux.  Join Sommelier Ken Bracke as he leads us on an odyssey of these beautiful wines from around the globe. Discover their similarities and bask in their glorious differences.  Light snacks will be  served.

Please register early as space is limited.  Light snacks will be served, but we suggest you eat before coming. Do not brush your teeth, chew gum or use breath mints as this will affect how you taste.  Do not drink and drive, please arrange a safe drive home.

We reserve the right to cancel by February 4th if minimum numbers have not been achieved. All money paid will be refunded. No refunds if you cancel within 72 hours of the event.
