All hands on deck! We'll be spending a lovely spring Saturday sprucing up Anning S. Prall Intermediate School 27 later this month at our first annual Staten Island Cares Day and would love your help. Volunteers will be painting murals, planting crops in an educational garden, building a greenhouse, and revitalizing Anning Prall Park, located behind the school. We'll even host a BBQ celebration directly following the day's projects. Sign up today and show Staten Island you care.

A big thank you goes out to everyone who made our 20th annual New York Cares Day Spring one for the record books! This year, 4,000 volunteers spread out across the five boroughs, breathing new life into nearly 70 New York City parks and community gardens. Participants spread mulch, planted flowers, trimmed shrubs, painted fences and generally beautified the equivalent of 372 football fields worth of land. All so that residents and visitors during the busy spring and summer seasons have green spaces to enjoy!
