CobbleStone is constantly improving its products and services. The latest edition of Contract Insight Enterprise introduced a centralized document library for general documents that are not contract-specific. This document library allows users to view and download files that are stored in the repository. Documents in this centralized library can be made viewable internally or published to your organization's Vendor/Client Gateway (if licensed) on a login-only basis or publically. The newest release also introduced a contract hierarchy feature that allows users to create a visual representation of linked and related contracts, which also assists in easier navigation between related records. Another recent addition to the Contract Insight Enterprise features and functionality is the launch of our PC Install Pak with Microsoft Word ribbon integration. This extends the contract files/attachments and clause library functionality to allow users to drag-and-drop files into and out of Contract Insight using the Enterprise File Utility, as well as drag-and-drop clauses from the clause library directly into Microsoft Word documents and save documents directly onto the appropriate contract record with the new CobbleStone ribbon in Microsoft Word.  Contract version control just got easier!
