Sock It To Malawi and Joy Allen for the 5K Tools for Teens. Special recognition was given to Carolyn Taylor (not pictured) for initiating the Kids for Kids giving of goats to vulnerable children and widows.
Thanks to you, the donations and silent auction funds provided $4,200 to begin building the security wall around the House of Promise orphan home in Lilongwe.

 Featured project this year: Security Wall around the House of Promise - Cost $18,000. In order to keep the Malawi government's approval for this orphan home, this wall must be completed this year. This wall will be 10 feet high and 856 linear feet in length. One linear foot cost $22, which is less than a week's worth of Starbuck's Grande Lattes. The House of Promise has recently been closed until a security wall can be built as large gangs of thieves now roam in this area. Challenge Match

Farewell to Debbie Mussey.
Debbie was a co-founder of Fingerprints Across Africa plus a board member, and she has devoted the past three years working as our Executive Director/Office Manager.
Thank you Debbie for your investment in Fingerprints Across Africa and for all the lives of orphans and women you've touched in Malawi - the impression of your touch will remain. We miss you, and we pray for God's blessings on you in your new endeavors.
