Trip report for O'Melveny Park Bird Walk
on Sunday, January 19, 2013.

Number of participants: 27 + 3 leaders
Start time 8:00am
Finish time 10:00am
Distance covered: 1.0 mile
Weather:  sunny and mild

The bird count was down (in both species and individuals) from what would be expected at O'Melvevy this time of year, possibly drought related.  It appears to be a good year for Yellow-rumped Warblers though, and a Red-naped Sapsucker is always a nice find!
