July 15 Kamishibai Storytelling Event

Kamishibai is the traditional art of storytelling with pictures inside a paper theater. These "paper theater" tales are beloved by Japanese children as much as storybooks. The JICC is happy to offer traditional Japanese stories told in English, plus fun activities. Children of all ages will enjoy this glimpse into the world of Japanese folktales.
