Called & Gifted II: Following God's Call in Your Life - Discernment in Depth

The discernment of spiritual gifts (known as “charisms”) provide the clues you need to follow God's call in your life. But how can you gain confidence that you are heading in the right direction? Why is the discovery of your vocation from God so essential to your happiness?

Taking the Catherine of Siena Called and Gifted "Spiritual Gifts Inventory" is the initial step.

This questionnaire/tool can help you determine:

Your role as a Catholic as well as the role of the local parish in the mission of the Church to the world.
The critical role of charisms in your life in service of other lay Catholics and in the life of your parish or Christian community.
The signs and characteristics of 24 common, Scripturally-based charisms.
What your own personal charisms might be.
How discerning and using your charisms can change your life and the life of others, your parish, and the world.

Participants need to have completed the Spiritual Gifts Inventory which identifies your individual charisms You can get these inventory books at the Rectory for a cost of $10.00. (payable online through your registration)

The 1 Hour (Telephone) Charisms Interview is the second-step after taking the Catholic Spiritual Gifts Inventory. The interview aids in identifying potential areas of giftedness and sets the stage for the workshop on the 19th.

On the day you sign up for your interview you will receive a follow-up email connecting you with your interviewer.

Called and Gifted 2 - Discernment in Depth, provides a follow-up to the Spiritual Gifts Inventory and the 1 Hour (Telephone) Charisms Interview.

Along with other faith-filled Christians/parishioners, this allows participants to continue their discernment of spiritual gifts and their call from God.

NOTE: You must complete the 1-Hour Charisms interview in advance of the C & G seminar on Saturday, March 19th.
