Information about Tuition
Individualized Statements
Individualized statements are now available here for the upcoming Fall/Winter term. Please log in using your UWO username and password.
Please keep in mind the following payment deadlines:
International:
- August 1st: First installment of fees are due
Domestic Students:
- Deposit due within 10 days of registering for your first course ($440.00 Full Time and $110.00 Part Time per course).
- Must be paid by all domestic students, even OSAP students
- August 13th: First installment of fees for Non-OSAP students
- Those students who have an error free OSAP application and have allowed us to assign fees are able to defer until OSAP is released in September

King's has part-time job opportunities available to Canadian students attending King's full-time for this upcoming Fall/Winter term.

Bursaries, Awards and Scholarships
Applications for King's bursaries, awards and scholarships are available on King's website starting August 1st. Please note that September 30th is the deadline for many scholarships, awards, and bursaries that require an application. This deadline date is a change from previous years. Please refer to the description on the website for the deadline date. Please review the website below. A search function provides an option to assist the process, or you can look at all the funding opportunities available.
Instructions for Completing Scholarship, Awards, or Bursary Applications
- Please review the criteria carefully for the scholarship, award and/or bursary that you are wishing to be considered.
- If an application and/or documentation is required, please review the checklist of documents required to be submitted.
- Please ensure that the checklist is submitted along with the documents and the checklist is attached to the front of the documents being submitted. Please complete your name and student number on this checklist form. There is a space provided.
- Please ensure that the application, letter, and all other documents in the checklist are submitted together to avoid documents being separated.
- All applications, except for the International Study Award for Full-time or Part-time Students and the Lille/Nice Award, are submitted to Student Financial Services, Rm. 144, Wemple Building.

Would you like to volunteer for Western's Orientation Administrative Help?
Volunteer opportunities are available with Western's Orientation Administrative Help. The WOAH-Team will manage the Orientation Pass Sales and Distribution Centre, and be a group of volunteers responsible for the Centre's execution during Orientation Week. This group will be identified as the WOAH-Team.
The individuals selected for these roles will report to the WOAH-Team Liaison. The WOAH-Team Liaison will work closely with the WOAH-Team Liaison and the USC Vice President Finance, and take direction from them when it pertains specifically to the execution of the Orientation Pass Sales and Distribution Centre during Orientation Week.
