Please service your KMP paddleshift system during the off season. We suggest the following service intervals:

 

 

 

 

• GCU service (new valves, seals and cleaning every 50hrs) Latest firmware will be installed at that time and unit bench tested to meet performance standards
• Shift cylinders (45-50hrs)
• Blip cylinders (45-50hrs)
• Compressor replacement (45-50hrs)

 

As a reminder to K-M-P Sequential Paddleshift customers, please remember to drain the GCU and purge lines of moisture every event.

Please send your GCU to our facility for service. We suggest sending your blip and shift cylinders in for service as well or purchase the available upgrade kit 997.

 

 

 

For the Porsche 997 CUP, K-M-P has designed new cylinders and brackets. 

 

Shift cylinder with gearlever (D3)

Shift cylinder without gearlever (D4)

Blip cylinder on throttle body. 

 

 

Also, we suggest purchasing a new compressor while retaining your existing compressor as a spare.
