It seems the summer season has at last, hit the market and I was able to procure some of the nicest product I've seen since last year! (only 2 months late) 

This Friday, July 18, I've put together a lovely menu featuring these very items. I also reached out to Tom and asked him to pair a couple of wines to match the selected menu. Menu details below!

For Your Appetizer:

"Heirloom Tomato Composed Gazpacho Salad Mosaic"

This is a beautiful plate composed of all of the items found in a classic Gazpacho plated in an artistic, contemporary presentation. Gorgeous heirloom tomatoes, seedless cucumber, heirloom tomato coulis, sherry vinegar gelee, apple, celery leaves, paper thin toasted crouton wafers and pickled sweet garlic.

The Wine Pairing: 2013 R�se, L'ostal Cazes


For Your Entree:

"Pan Roasted Florida Grouper Provencal Nouveau"

This is line caught Florida grouper that is flown in daily. The presentation is created with a saffron infused lobster jus, sauteed, whole baby fennel, Chanterelle mushrooms, roasted new potatoes and confit green zebra tomatoes. Micro fennel leaves garnish this delicate summer treat.

The Wine Pairing: 2010 Savigny-Les-Beaune Blanc, Domaine du Prieure


For Your Dessert:

"Warm Roasted Mission Fig, Manuka Honey & Mascarpone Tart with Creme Fraiche Gelato"

This is a most extraordinary dessert and I will not disrespect it by trying to explain. The dish speaks for itself. You will need to try it to understand. That's really all I can say....


The Price for all three courses and both wines: $43.00!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

Now for the bad news. We have just 20 of these menus to sell as that is all the grouper I was able to lay my hands on. This is a first come, first serve situation. Sergio is waiting at the phone and will hold your order on request. Please do so as soon as possible. When they are gone, they are gone!

The Complete Affair by Restaurant Michael can cater to a variety of events. From rehearsal dinners and other family celebrations to business functions, our staff is ready to assist you in making your function a success
 
In addition to off-site events, we also have our on-site private dining room that accommodates up to 40 seated guests. Or you may book the main dining room which can seat up to 80. The entire restaurant is also available for booking for those larger events.
