Mommy & Me Pilates

Finding time with an infant (6 weeks to crawlers) to get back in shape can be a challenge! This fun Mommy and Me Pilates class targets areas of the body that need extra help after giving birth, such as abdominals, legs, and back and arm strength. 

 
The most important aspect of this exercise routine is that it involves the baby. You sit your baby on your stomach for some of the routine, hold him/her in your arms for other parts, and for a few sections you lay your baby on a blanket but can still pay attention to him/her during the workout.

Mommy and Me Pilates classes help to form a strong bond between you and your baby, create the ability socialize with other moms, and can get you back in shape without having to find a babysitter!

Baby Bootcamp!

Baby Bootcamp is a no babysitter needed fitness class designed just for new moms! The class is specially designed for you to exercise WITH your baby! The class incorporates standing Barre/Pilates work, cardio, and strength training with your little one in a front carrier and Pilates corework with baby next to you or in your arms.  We will use props such as weights, toning bands, Pilates Circle, and  weighted toning balls!
 
Babies of all ages are welcome! Toddlers are welcome too.  
 
**Please bring water, a baby carrier, and any other toys that will keep your baby happy!
