Proposed Singer Island Development:

If you missed the March 11, 2015 meeting at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort for the proposed new residential tower, The Blue, the site plan application for The Blue (vacant lot north of the Hilton and south of the Marriott Resort) will be heard at the Planning and Zoning Meeting on April 23rd.

 

AN APPLICATION FROM RIVIERA BEACH INVESTORS, LLC (SP-15-03) REQUESTING SITE PLAN APPROVAL TO DEVELOP 3.23 ACRES OF VACANT LAND AT 3730 NORTH OCEAN DRIVE, KNOWN BY PCN: 56-43-42-26-02-001-0000, IN ORDER TO CONSTRUCT A 58 UNIT, 18 STORY CONDOMINIUM, 220 FEET IN HEIGHT, POSITIONED WESTWARD OF THE 1997 COASTAL CONSTRUCTION CONTROL LINE, LOCATED WITHIN THE RESORT HOTEL (RH) ZONING DISTRICT.
