The Management Advantage

RURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP CHALLENGE (VIDEO)
The American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) provides an annual opportunity for companies to showcase their business ideas and innovations. It is the first national competition focused exclusively on rural entrepreneurs working on food and agriculture businesses.

Competitors must be based in a rural community as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau. Competitors' primary residences or businesses must be located in a county with less than 50,000 residents or a town with less than 2,500 residents.

Entrepreneurs competed for $145,000 in startup funds and all applications must include a business plan, video pitch and photo. JAGER PRO™ finished in the top 20 companies out of 165 national applications during the 2015 competition.

I.C.E.™ & M.I.N.E.™ CAMERA INFO
JAGER PRO-AT&T Logo [Texas AT&T Network] - The Texas AT&T network accidently turned off MMS in some Texas areas from 22 December 2015 through 08 January 2016. It is important our customers understand there is not a problem with our I.C.E.™ & M.I.N.E.™ Cameras or their SIM cards. The problem was internally within the Texas AT&T network provider.

JAGER PRO-Verizon Logo [Verizon MMS Suspicious Message] - Last week, customers began receiving "Suspicious Message" MMS photos on their Verizon phones from both our AT&T and Verizon cameras. Our server is on the Verizon cloud and for some reason (unknown to Verizon) the MMS photos being sent to Verizon phones (not AT&T phones) is temporarily being treated as SPAM. This has not affected photos sent to the jagerprowireless.com website or our Apple or Android App. It is important our customers understand there is not a problem with the I.C.E.™ & M.I.N.E.™ Camera, your SIM card or Data Plan. The problem is internally within the Verizon cloud and our developer is working directly with Verizon engineers to solve this issue.
JAGER PRO™ APP OPERATOR MISTAKES
JAGER PRO-Camera Phone App
The JAGER PRO™ Apple & Android Apps were developed to make your camera experience simpler and easier. But users must keep in mind our I.C.E.™ & M.I.N.E.™ Cameras are only designed to perform one function at a time. Some users are not giving the cameras enough time to finish the first task before they interrupt it with another task.

This includes setting your trigger interval to 60-seconds (or less) and attempting to close the gate immediately after reviewing your photo. When operating with short trigger intervals, the camera is already uploading another photo to the network from motion inside the trap enclosure when you interrupt the task with a "Close Gate" command. The camera cannot accomplish either command when a user interrupts with a second task.

Solution - Set the camera trigger interval to 2 minutes. This setting allows enough time for the camera to upload/send a photo to the network, then allow the user to receive/view the photo and send a command without interrupting the upload/send of another photo. Remember, users are also able to send an SMS Command Code (example *777#) directly to the camera phone number if you desire not to use the Apple or Android App.
CUSTOMERS CAN LOCATE AUTHORIZED DEALERS VIA ZIP CODE
JAGER PRO-Authorized Dealer-Zip Code Locator
We made it easier for customers to find the nearest Authorized Dealer by adding the "FIND YOUR LOCAL DEALER" application to our JAGER PRO website. The search selects the three closest geographic dealers from the zip code entered. A blue pin represents the zip code on the map with orange pins representing the Dealer location. We prefer geographic locations (not state lines) to determine our customer service boundaries.
